DELIVERY
We offer shipping across Europe (USA, CA, UK) using national postal services.

Estimated Delivery Times
Germany: 5–10 days
EU Countries: 5–10 days
USA, CA: 10–20 days

Goods are shipped safely and neutrally packaged.
Orders will be delivered directly to your mailbox.
Tracking numbers are only provided for orders over 40 EUR.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

RETURNS
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions:
Item must be unused
Customer is responsible for return shipping
Custom-made or special-order products may not be returnable

Please pack the returned items securely to prevent them from being damaged during shipping.

Once we receive the returned items, the purchase price (excluding the original shipping costs) will be refunded.

If you paid via bank transfer (PayPal), the refund will be transferred to your account on the same day.

If you paid via Apple Pay or Google Pay, the refund will be transferred to your account within 5–10 days.

Before purchasing, we recommend checking the product description and photos, and measuring the rims.
